LOG ENTRY: BOSHA REGION EXPEDITION
Location: Bosha Region, Post-League Checkpoint
Status: Sleep Deprived. Pokedex at 92%. Hands shaking.
I touched down in the Bosha sector with one goal: Catalog everything. The intelligence reports claimed this was a standard "10th Birthday" scenario, but my sensors picked up anomalies immediately. The local dialect is entirely decapitalized—no shouting, just calm, lowercase text. It’s unsettling. But I’m not here for grammar; I’m here for the data slots.
THE CATCHABILITY INDEX
The biodiversity here is a chaotic mix. We’re looking at a base Kanto ecosystem injected with invasive species from the Sinnoh and Unova regions. But here is the stress inducer: the intel said "Some Pokemon from Gen IV and V." Do you know what "some" does to a completionist? It creates paranoia. I spent six hours headbutting trees looking for a Cherubi that might not even exist in this code base.
However, I can confirm a major victory for solo operatives: Link Cable item is available in Department Store. Huge W. I evolved my Machoke into Machamp behind the counter while the clerk watched. No friends required. That is the efficiency I live for.
THREAT LEVEL & ECONOMY
The hostile entity known as "Team Rocket" is active here, but they are merely obstacles between me and rare spawns. The combat mechanics have been updated to the Physical/Special Split standard, which makes my grinding significantly more viable. I don't have to worry about my Hitmonchan's elemental punches being useless special attacks anymore.
Economic inflation in Bosha is rampant, or perhaps I'm just rich. The wallet capacity has been upgraded to hold $999,999,999. I currently possess enough wealth to buy the Silph Co. building, yet I spend it all on Ultra Balls. Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave near the fourth checkpoint; rumors of a static encounter there had me resetting my device for 40 minutes to ensure the capture.
FINAL ANALYSIS
Is the Living Dex viable? It's tricky. With the roster being a hybrid mix, you need a spreadsheet to track what's actually obtainable. I haven't found a definitive list, which makes my skin crawl. I’m stuck at 92% completion and I can’t tell if I’m missing encounters or if the data just isn't there.
FIELD NOTE: The Fairy-type designation has been recognized by local authorities. Adjust your dragon-hunting strategies accordingly.
100% completion took me 85 hours—or it would have, if I could find that last 8%. For now, I'm marking this region as a "Research in Progress." The mechanics are solid, the catch rate is fair, but the ambiguity of the Pokedex creates a psychological hazard for LVL. 100 Explorers like myself.
