LOG ENTRY: DORUA REGION INCIDENT
Explorer: DexHunter Ace (LVL. 100)
Location: Pokemon Academy of Seuld / Dorua Region
Mission Clock: 12 Hours (Aborted)
THE POKEDEX SITUATION
I entered this region with my standard equipment: 500 Ultra Balls, a spreadsheet optimized for efficiency, and a dream of a 100% Living Dex. Immediately, the local fauna threw my calculations into chaos. We are dealing with Fakemon here, people. Unregistered biological entities. My Pokedex is screaming at me. Some of these creatures have evolution lines that defy standard biological laws.
I attempted to catalog the local wildlife, but the data is fragmented. The region claims to have Pokemon from later generations, which is a relief, but the integration of these "Fakemon" creates a completionist's nightmare. How am I supposed to know if "Doruan Geodude" evolves at level 25 or with a specific stone if the documentation doesn't exist? I spent three hours grinding in the tall grass looking for a 1% encounter rate, only to realize the encounter tables might be broken.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANOMALIES
The region of Dorua is unstable. The locals (NPCs) speak in riddles—literally. The translation matrix seems to be malfunctioning, resulting in dialogue that barely resembles human speech. It adds a layer of surreal horror to the expedition, but not the good kind. I found myself wandering through towns where the geometry felt... unfinished.
WARNING: This region is currently in a "Beta 1" state. This is not a complete world. Do not attempt a full expedition expecting a Hall of Fame entry.
QUALITY OF LIFE (OR LACK THEREOF)
I looked everywhere for the essentials. Link Cable item is available in Department Store. Huge W.—wait, scratch that. I wish I could say that. The item distribution is erratic. I couldn't find a reliable source for evolution stones, meaning my Eevee is stuck in limbo. For a completionist, this is torture. You give me a new region and lock the tools I need to conquer it behind unfinished code?
The soundtrack is admittedly a step up from the standard chiptunes, utilizing some advanced instrumentation, but I can't enjoy the music when I'm worrying about a corrupted save file. I encountered several "Glitch City" phenomena where textures overlapped. It makes Shiny Hunting incredibly risky. Imagine finding a shiny Fakemon and the game freezes. I'd break my device.
THE VERDICT
I cannot work under these conditions. My neurological need for 100% completion is being starved. The story about "Shadows" and "Lost Civilizations" is intriguing, but until the boundaries of this world are fully rendered, it is a trap for explorers like me. I hit a roadblock that I assume is the end of the current content, leaving my Pokedex at a pitiful 15%.
Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave. Actually, save every 5 steps. The threat level of crashing is higher than the threat level of the Gym Leaders.
