LOG ENTRY: SECTOR NAKI (BETA 1)
Day 1. Pulse rate: 110. I've landed in the Naki Region. The air smells like... unfinished code. My Pokedex is booting up, but my anxiety is already spiking. This region is geographically unstable, divided into four distinct biomes. The visual landscape of this region is vibrant, unlike anything in the Kanto sector, but I'm detecting structural instability in the reality matrix (Beta status).
THE BIOME ANOMALY
The local cartography is fascinating. Four large biomes linked together? It’s a completionist's playground, theoretically. I spent hours combing the grass in the first sector. The roster is a chaotic mix of Gen 1 through 8. I saw a Mega Evolution in the wild—threat level is significant. The combat mechanics have been updated with the Physical/Special split and Fairy types, which is essential for modern engagement. The UI has been upgraded to BW-style menus, which soothes my OCD, but it's not enough to distract me from the gaping holes in the data.
NOTE: Structural integrity is low. Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave. I fell through the floor of the world twice near the northern ridge.
THE EVOLUTION CRISIS
Here is where the mission goes south. I read the intel. I was promised that trade evolutions were patched. I was ready to scream: 'Link Cable item is available in Department Store. Huge W.' But that was a lie. The local merchants confirm the item is not yet available in this beta. Do you know what that does to a man? It means slot #065 (Alakazam) and #094 (Gengar) are permanently greyed out. My eye is twitching.
MISSION STATUS: ABORTED
I cannot function in an environment where 100% is mathematically impossible. 100% completion took me 12 hours—or rather, 100% of what is currently available before I hit the invisible wall of 'To Be Continued'. The potential is massive—the graphics are fresh, and the biome concept is juicy—but an unfinished Pokedex is a neurological hazard.
