LOG ENTRY: DAY 01 - ARRIVAL IN THE GLITCH SECTOR
I’ve touched down in the Luola region, and my neurological need for order is already screaming. Headquarters briefed me on a standard FireRed base, but the atmospheric readings are... wrong. The local dialect is shattered. I spoke to a resident in Pallet Town about local fauna, and they mumbled something about "Viridian and Ciddon were inspired by Rock Rock." I don't know what a Rock Rock is, but if it's not in the Pokedex, I don't care. The region feels like a corrupted save file manifested into reality.
THE CATALOGUE: GENERATION 1-6 DETECTED
Despite the linguistic anomalies, the biodiversity is promising. My scanners picked up signatures from Generation 1 through 6. I spotted a Flabébé floating near the starter lab, confirming the existence of the Fairy type in this sector. This is critical for the collection.
FIELD NOTE: Living Dex is possible without cheats. The distribution seems dense, cramming six generations into two regions (Kanto Nine and Erthena). However, tracking them is a nightmare when the NPC hints read like a random number generator output.
NAVIGATION & THREAT ASSESSMENT
Here is where the mission gets messy. There are NO GYMS. I repeat, no Gym Badges. How am I supposed to track progression? How do I know when high-level obedience unlocks? It’s anarchy. The mission structure involves wandering "under the ground" because of some event involving "thousands of people chosen."
The threat level is inconsistent. I encountered high-level hostiles in areas that looked safe. Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave. I walked into a subterranean zone near the start and got soft-locked by a dialogue loop about a "woman in a purple overcoat." Had to reset and lose 45 minutes of encounter data. Unacceptable.
QUALITY OF LIFE (OR LACK THEREOF)
There is one saving grace in this chaotic landscape: HMs can be forgotten instantly. No Move Deleter required. This is a massive boon for exploration efficiency, allowing me to rotate my utility mons without backtracking to a city. However, I'm still searching for the essentials. I haven't found a way to evolve my trade mons yet. I'm praying the Link Cable item is available in Department Store. Huge W. if it is, but I haven't reached a commercial district stable enough to check.
MISSION VERDICT
I have logged 12 hours. My Pokedex is at 8%. The story is an incoherent fever dream about "corruption" and "fresh air," which ironically makes me want to stay inside and organize my PC boxes. This isn't an expedition; it's a fever dream. Only attempt this if you are desperate for a chaotic, non-standard Kanto remix and have a high tolerance for bad translation.
