LOG ENTRY: SECTOR ISLAS DEL VIENTO
Timestamp: 0800 Hours
Location: Unknown Beachhead
Current Pokedex: 0% (Panic inducing)
I touched down in the Islas del Viento region expecting a marathon. I packed enough Max Elixirs to survive a siege. My goal? The usual. Catch everything that breathes, floats, or distorts spacetime. However, my DexNav is picking up strange readings. The local populace speaks exclusively in a regional dialect (Spanish), and the fabric of reality seems... unfinished.
THE COMPANION & THE LANDSCAPE
Immediately upon arrival, a Pikachu attached itself to my coordinates. It follows me everywhere. While this mimics the "Yellow" phenomenon, it doesn't help me fill the other 385 slots in my PC. The geography is distinct—a completely new world map to chart. Visually, it's a breath of fresh air compared to the standard Kanto grid, but navigation is tricky when the road literally ends due to the region's "Demo 0.3" status.
NOTE: Do not get too attached to the local wildlife. The ecosystem is unstable.
THE LEGENDARY ANOMALY
Intel suggested a high density of mythical entities. I found the location: a cavern rumored to house multiple Legendaries. This is a completionist's dream and a conservationist's nightmare. Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave. If you knock out a Mewtwo here, it might not respawn, and my eye starts twitching when I see a silhouette without a Pokeball icon next to it.
THE COMPLETIONIST'S WALL
Here is the hard truth. I live for the grind. Usually, 100% completion took me 85 hours in regions like Unbound or Radical Red. Here? I hit the boundaries of the known universe in under two hours. The region is currently in a "Demo" state, last updated cycles ago (2020). This is fatal for someone with my condition.
I desperately wanted to report that a Living Dex is possible without cheats, but the limited availability of routes makes this mathematically impossible. There is no National Dex to fill if the Nation isn't finished building itself.
FINAL FIELD NOTES
- Visuals: Vibrant, but the text is Spanish-only. Translators required for non-native speakers.
- Catchability: High density in specific zones, but total volume is capped by the demo wall.
- Tech Level: Low. No physical/special split observed.
Mission Status: ABORTED. I cannot operate in a region where 100% is undefined.
