My Pokedex scanner is only picking up 241 biological signatures. Two hundred and forty-one. That is... meager. I usually catch that many before my morning coffee in Unova. Is this a curated list? A regional variant? Or just an incomplete database? I'm sweating. If slot #242 is empty because the developer didn't add it, I'm going to have a breakdown. However, a smaller Dex means a faster 100% run. I can work with this.

EVOLUTIONARY MECHANICS & QoL

The local technology is promising. I investigated the "New methods to evolve" claim immediately. I can confirm that trade evolutions have been patched for solo operatives. If I have to talk to another human being to get an Alakazam, the immersion is ruined.

Furthermore, with the limited roster, a Living Dex is possible without cheats. I've mapped out the habitats. The spawn rates seem stable, though the "Alpha" instability looms over every encounter.

AUDIO-VISUAL ANOMALIES

The atmosphere is distinct. New audio tracks are broadcasting on all frequencies, replacing the standard Kanto trumpets that usually trigger my PTSD (Post-Traumatic Shiny Disorder). The new protagonist and rival entities add a fresh layer of hostility to the environment. I appreciate the aggression; it keeps my grinding efficient.

MISSION SUMMARY

This expedition was short. Too short. I need more density. The 241 count is a nice appetizer, but I'm still hungry. Until the architects expand the borders and stabilize the matrix, this is a training ground, not a final destination.
