THE ANOMALY DETECTED: DARK WORKSHIP
Yo fam, I just got back from the region of Pokemon Dark Workship and let me tell you, the vibes are rancid in the best way possible. We aren't sure if it's a "Workshop" or a "Worship" or if we are literally on a ship doing work, but that ambiguity is the flavor I live for. This is a Pre-Final v0.3 build from 2019, which in Explorer terms means "Ancient Ruins of the Glitch Era".
AUDIO-VISUAL HALLUCINATIONS
The local frequency is broadcasting Gen 4 and Gen 5 music tracks (Diamond/Pearl/HeartGold) inside a FireRed engine. It's crunchy, it's loud, and it sounds like a dial-up modem trying to sing the Sinnoh anthem. This game is absolutely unhinged 💀 for trying to shove that much data into the GBA soundfont. I felt my emulator sweating.
COMBAT MECHANICS: NO MISS SQUAD
Here is the wildest anomaly: The logs say "All edited moves have 100% accuracy". Do you understand what this means? The RNG Gods are dead here. Stone Edge hitting every time? Hypnosis never missing? It's chaos. It removes the skill issue entirely.
NOTE: Local entities are using moves like "Factory Waste" and "Puff Up". I don't know what "Factory Waste" does, but I feel seen.
THE LANGUAGE BARRIER
The region is primarily Portuguese-speaking. Since my universal translator (Google Lens) was glitching, the dialogue is pure brainrot (complimentary). I have no idea why I'm fighting this trainer, but he looks angry and I think I just insulted his grandmother. It gives me major Vietnam Crystal "VOLCANO BAKEMEAT" energy.
THREAT LEVEL ASSESSMENT
The difficulty is weird because moves don't miss, but the enemy moves don't miss either. It turns battles into a DPS race. Also, the "Physical/Special Split" is present, which is like finding a supercomputer in a dumpster.
CONCLUSION
Don't play this seriously. Just don't. It's an unfinished relic with misspelled moves and zero RNG. It's perfect.
