My scanner confirms the presence of all 251 biological entities. Living Dex is possible without cheats. However, the ecosystem is hostile. Wild encounters have inflated levels, meaning you can't just throw a ball; you have to weaken them while praying they don't crit you into oblivion. I found wild starters, which is a massive dopamine hit, but they are guarded by trainers who fight like they're in the World Championships.
