LOG ENTRY: THE 386 PROTOCOL

Timestamp: 03:42 AM (Unova Time)
Location: Distorted Kanto Sector
Pokedex Status: 385/386 (Where is Deoxys?!)

My hands are still shaking. I just extracted from the Pokemon Blazing Red region, and I need to document this before the caffeine crash hits. Listen to me: this isn't your grandfather's Kanto. The cartographers claim it's merely "FireRed," but the local geography has mutated. I went in expecting a standard collection run. I came out with a level 100 team and a migraine.

THE CATCHABILITY INDEX

The mission parameters promised the holy grail: Living Dex is possible without cheats. They claimed all 386 specimens from the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn biomes were present. I can confirm the density of species is overwhelming. You walk into Route 1 expecting Pidgey, and you're tripping over species that shouldn't exist on this continent. It triggers the dopamine receptors immediately. No trade evolutions blocked by hardware limitations—thank Arceus.

FIELD NOTE: Keep your eyes on the tall grass. The biodiversity here is unnatural. I found species migrating from Hoenn in areas that defy climatological logic.

THREAT LEVEL: OMEGA

This is where the expedition turned into a survival horror. The local Gym Leaders aren't just testing you; they are trying to erase you. There are 16 Gym Leaders crammed into this single landmass. It's a boss rush gauntlet. And the Elite Four? They aren't scaling properly. They have reached power levels of 80 to 100. Do you know how long it takes to grind a team to level 100 on wild gravelers? 100% completion took me 85 hours. mostly due to the sheer necessity of survival grinding. If you aren't IV breeding, you aren't winning.

ANOMALIES AND GEOGRAPHY

The map has been stretched. There are new cities and routes spliced into the existing Kanto framework like bad code in a DNA strand. You can even access a fragment of the Hoenn region, though it feels like a simulation—a small, contained pocket dimension. It's disorienting. The rival entity has been replaced; Green is gone, swapped for a new hostile force. The narrative feels familiar yet wrong, like a fever dream of 2004.

Missable event warning! Save before entering the cave. The scripting in this region is unstable (Version Beta 0.1 markers are everywhere). I encountered several visual glitches that nearly corrupted my save data. Tread lightly.

THE VERDICT

Is the Pokedex completable? Yes. Is it safe? No. This region is for the obsessive, the grinders, the ones who see a Level 90 Dragonite and don't flinch. It lacks the polish of the Unbound sector, but the sheer volume of targets makes it a viable hunting ground for those who need to scratch the itch. Just bring Max Potions. Hundreds of them.
